Healthy eating begins with making healthy breakfasts. If you’re like me, eating carbs is one thing I do best, but carbs aren’t always good for you and definitely don’t help you get ready for summer swimsuit season. A healthy breakfast can help jumpstart healthy eating and help you have more energy throughout the day. Breakfast, overall, is so important and can help kickstart a diet or at least improve your future eating habits throughout the day. Eating fruits, dairy, and protein instead of carbs for breakfast help keep you fuller longer and speed up your metabolism. So before you head to Panera for an Asiago Cheese bagel with cream cheese, try something a little more healthy and resist the temptation. (I know… its difficult….) Here are a few of my favorite ideas for the perfect healthy breakfast!
